Your satisfication is very important. Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our photographs and products. Defective prints or products may be returned anytime within 3 days of receipt for an exchange or replacement. Use the contact us page to request your replacement or give us a call. If there is a problem of any kind we wish to resolve it. Please use the contact page to convey your concerns. We will get back with you within 24 hours if not the same day.
Errors in Submitting Orders
With the fact that photographs can be easily scanned and copied once delivered, we currently must limit refunds to the following situations.
1. Images taken of the wrong team members or team
2. Defective prints
3. Errors in submitting orders online
We will always assist our customer resolve any errors made by you in submitting an online order. We request you contact us immediately of the error and request cancellation or modications of your order. You can submit request from our Contact Us page.
Delivery
Current we offer Studio pick up of orders or we will ship products using UPS. The method of delivery will be of your choosing. Please allow 7 -14 business days depending on the items ordered. Specialty items and posters will take much longer than standards prints
Prints
Due to the inherent nature of the internet and that all monitors will show colors slightly differently we can't guarantee that the colors you are seeing are exactly how the print will look. We have taken great strides to present the images as accurately as possible but it is impossible to control your viewing environment. You are responsible for the safe return of the artwork and any return shipping costs.
